/ Our founding story /
Tim began his career in the PROPERTY industry over thirty years ago
Originally from the Sunshine Coast, Tim has a unique understanding of the Queensland property market. He started by building and renovating investment properties alongside his father, thereafter joining the well-established Jorgensens Commercial Builders, which he later acquired in 2009.
After successfully completing numerous developments throughout the Gold Coast, Ipswich and Brisbane, Tim refocused the business towards commercial, childcare and residential sectors. In 2023, Tim stepped away from Jorgensens. Founded in 2017, Whitedune Property was a natural transition.
